I just noticed a rather disturbing similarity in the marketing material for two upcoming “camps” directed at open-source types who might be involved in technology in the academy.
That’s right, if you happen to be involved in using technology in the humanities and a fan of Drupal, then you’re likely going to experience a sense of loss in two weeks… Well, now I feel much more comfortable acting like a Drupal expert at THATCamp. I’ll likely end up at BADCamp on Sunday, so any THATCampers who want to know anything about Gephi or Spatial Drupal should make sure to be there Saturday.
